Take a look at the muscle simulation and cloth simulation

I was just viewing some videos and I came across this. I wonder if you would like to incorporate that in the rig. Muscle and Cloth simulation and if you could make a script to make the muscles of the guy bigger. This is just for inspiration , so of course, do what works best for you.
